About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Facilities Team in Buenos Aires. As an Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workspaces and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to the Site, including maintenance, cleaning, operations, accounting, and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and client relationship management.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, office cleaning, and cafeteria services, and review invoices for accuracy and timeliness of payment.
  • Assist with space planning, furniture design, workstation relocation, purchasing of office/building supplies, stocking, building safety, and facility support requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security controls and activities in line with defined policies and procedures.
  • Establish procurement procedures and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Manage logistics of office reorgs/moves and serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or a related field.
  • Vendor oversight experience.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and general office equipment maintenance.
  • Thorough understanding of preventative maintenance system principles, building repairs, and cleaning/janitorial practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain professional composure under pressure.
