We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data science solutions to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
