We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Bitso, a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America. As a key member of our MLOps team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying machine learning models that drive value for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with data scientists to design and develop CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain model serving architectures, creating libraries that enable efficient modeling processing at any stage of the model lifecycle.
- Drive best practices in code taxonomy, model registry, model monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with our software engineering team.
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into production, addressing deployment challenges and optimizing performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production ML deployments, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- 3+ years of ML Engineer experience, with a proven track record of machine learning solutions for batch and on-demand solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices and tools for automation and CI/CD, with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Python & SQL, with experience in Databricks and MLflow.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automatic testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
