Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Technical Deployment Specialist to join our Services Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the successful setup, integration, and deployment of our discovery tools for customers and implementation partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of our solutions within customers' environments and identifying root causes of any deployment issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements for specific business objectives.
- Plan and execute implementation engagements, deploy solution components, and participate in product configuration efforts to meet clients' needs.
- Engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers' environments.
- Deliver training on respective technologies at an applicable level of depth and detail for a given audience.
Requirements
- Experience in information technology, preferably in a customer-facing role with 1-2 years of involvement in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments.
- Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, Analytics, Security, and Applications Development.
- Advanced experience in problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
- Proactive approach to understanding internal and customers' business challenges.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Meaningful experience with DBs like MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, IBM DB2.
- Professional experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Hadoop (HIVE/Spark) and REST API.
- Programming or scripting skills with Java or Python.
