We are looking for a talented Commercial Development Consultant to join our team at Salesforce. As a key business partner to the Sales Leader of a Business Unit (BU) within LATAM sales, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic enablement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing end-to-end enablement strategies that align with company priorities, BU business objectives, and Go-To-Market teams. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and tracking enablement programs to accelerate talent development across products, industry/segment knowledge, and role-based competencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end enablement strategy
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify gaps and define relevant enablement programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver an aligned enablement plan
  • Architect learning experiences and solutions to up-level sellers' skills

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee execution of learning solutions
  • Strong analytical skill set to drive insights from data and measure impact of enablement programs
  • Excellent executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function with experience working closely with various stakeholders
