About This Opportunity

We are seeking an organized self-starter to join our team as a Legal Operations Assistant. In this role, you will support our Expansion Strategies team in managing legal documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible
  • Schedule meetings and conferences with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals
  • Assist in preparing billing and invoicing statements, tracking expenses and payments
  • Coordinate with external partners such as outside counsel, vendors, and government agencies
Requirements
  • LLM in Law and Economics or related fields with knowledge/specialization on blockchain and cryptocurrency
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Operations Assistant
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Georgian
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
