We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Argentina.
As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple components and teams, addressing ambiguity and driving initiatives aligned with team OKRs.
You will assess technical solutions to ensure they align with product strategy, providing insightful recommendations on priorities and trade-offs.
Additionally, you'll lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades, estimating scope and proactively managing risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple components and teams.
- Assess technical solutions to ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades.

- Proven experience in core backend engineering, including scalable APIs, service design, and database modeling.
- Expertise in database design and performance optimization, with both relational and non-relational databases.

- Track record of success enabling engineering teams and business outcomes.
