Transform Tax Compliance with Sovos

Sovos is a global leader in tax compliance, and we're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer at Sovos, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our Sales & Use Tax platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing new features to improving existing ones. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into product design strategies, working closely with senior leadership, team members, product owners, and sales and customer service teams.

What We Need From You

  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on solving complex problems in SaaS enterprise products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating outstanding functional expertise, excellent storytelling, and a deep care for the user.
  • A passion for leading, coaching, and inspiring colleagues, motivating a team to innovate and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent design skills, with a focus on good design and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and capture their attention.
