Transform Tax Compliance with Sovos

Sovos is a global leader in tax compliance, and we're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Design Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our Sales & Use Tax platform.

Our platform is designed to help businesses navigate the complex world of tax compliance, and we're looking for someone who can help us make it easier for our customers to succeed. You'll work closely with our product owners, sales teams, and customer service teams to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their goals.

As a UX Designer at Sovos, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing new features to improving existing ones. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with a talented team of designers, product managers, and engineers to create innovative solutions that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating user needs and business objectives into design strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions
  • Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
  • Leading design projects and mentoring junior designers
