We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and functionality of our product. As a key member of our team, you'll drive product success through deep, data-driven research and strategic design decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead user research and strategic UX initiatives, including planning, executing, and analyzing usability studies, user interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Develop and refine intuitive interfaces and interaction models across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring that visual designs are rooted in rigorous user research.
- 6+ years of progressive UX experience with a strong portfolio that showcases not only exceptional visual design but also comprehensive user research artifacts.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex user research findings and design rationale in a clear, compelling manner to diverse audiences.
