As a Senior UX Designer at Endava, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and impactful digital experiences.
Your core responsibilities include driving the UX strategy for complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences that align with client objectives and user needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to bring user-centered designs to life.
This role requires a deep understanding of UX best practices, the ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions, and the capacity to manage and lead design phases for medium to large-sized projects.Responsibilities:Research, strategize, and design user experiences for digital platforms.Oversee and/or conduct quantitative and qualitative research, UX design, and usability testing to align with user needs and business objectives.Present work to clients with a clear articulation of design rationale and user insights.Conduct and analyze user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.Follow user-centered design principles and industry standards to craft meaningful experiences across various devices and platforms.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.Formulate design experiences that achieve the goals of both clients and end-users.Collaborate with UX and Development partners to ensure the overall vision is achieved.Lead junior designers and own the UX design phase of medium to large-sized projects.Qualifications+6 years of experience creating functional, usable, and beautiful applications (desktop and mobile).Skills & Expertise:Proficient in creating visually appealing, user-centered designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.Expert in UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and prototyping (InVision, Marvel).Strong knowledge of Design PrinciplesAdvanced understanding of UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture.Experience:Skilled in designing responsive interfaces, ensuring consistency across devices.Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes.Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Capable of leading design reviews and providing constructive feedback.Additional Strengths:Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.Experience mentoring junior designers and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to integrate design activities smoothly with development processes.Up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.Portfolio:Comprehensive portfolio with detailed case studies showcasing a wide range of UX design projects.Additional InformationDiscover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:Finance: Competitive salary package, share plan, company performance bonuses, value-based recognition awards, referral bonus; Career Development: Career coaching, global career opportunities, non-linear career paths, internal development programmes for management and technical leadership;Learning Opportunities: Complex projects, rotations, internal tech communities, training, certifications, coaching, online learning platforms subscriptions, pass-it-on sessions, workshops, conferences;Work-Life Balance: Hybrid work and flexible working hours, employee assistance programme;Health: Global internal wellbeing programme, access to wellbeing apps;Community: Global internal tech communities, hobby clubs and interest groups, inclusion and diversity programmes, events and celebrations.Our diversity makes us stronger - it drives meaningful change and enables us to build innovative technology solutions.
