About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll participate in a 6-month project focused on enhancing mobile test automation. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for mobile applications using the Detox framework.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for mobile applications using the Detox framework;
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases;
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies to ensure the highest quality standards;
- Work closely with product owners and scrum masters in agile ceremonies to refine and prioritize testing requirements;
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to keep pace with evolving technology and business needs.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms;
- Hands-on expertise in building and writing automation tests using the Detox framework;
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and the integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a good grasp of modern testing best practices;
- Experience working in agile development teams and contributing to a collaborative work environment;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
