About the Role

The SAP iXp Intern - HR Service Associate is a key member of our HRdirect team, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from all SAP employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation to employees and managers to help solve their HR queries.
  • Research our wiki-like HR Knowledge Base and communicate via our ticketing system, chat, email, and phone.
  • Maintain and improve the content of the HR Knowledge Base by collaborating with other teams.
  • Be involved in various cross-functional HR projects, such as process improvement, user experience, managing knowledge, learning and development, storytelling and communication, creative design, automation, machine learning, and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Be a current student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied science.
  • Proficient in oral and written English Communication skills.
  • Proficient in oral and written Spanish and Portuguese communication.
  • Fast learner: curious and dedicated.
  • Multi-tasking/prioritization skills.
  • Strive to help others and enjoy working in teams.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and be comfortable with complexity.
  • Be responsive, own your task, and follow through.
  • Be curious, learn, and grow.
  • Aim to simplify, question the established, think creatively.
  • Take pleasure in learning innovative technology.
  • Flexible, highly motivated, and accustomed to working remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones.
