**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Insights, Digital Journalism
**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid)
**Duration**: 6 up to 18 months

The intern fulfilling this position will act as a Digital Communications liaison among the multiple stakeholders of the Customer Success Infrastructure and Architecture (CS I&A) team. This role will help us communicate the different expectations, stages, and achievements of our current Cloud transformation, as well as educate the multiple stakeholders on a recurring basis. The goal of this position is to communicate CS I&A team’s execution using digital tools such as: SharePoint pages, blogs, LinkedIn articles, video content, and infographics.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Build a digital set of tools to successfully communicate with our multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Infrastructure and Automation team to gather, organize and present content in an easy-to-read format.
- Listen in, and participate, in multiple conference calls to gather insights and help us draft the main points in easy-to-read format.

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills. English language is a must.
- Firm foundation in the principles of Digital Communication
- Experience with tools such as MSFT and other general tools (Blogs, LinkedIn, etc)
- Must demonstrate professionalism and act as a representative of SAP
