Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Strategy, Pharmacy Marketing to join our team As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll lead a team of 4 marketing professionals and serve as a trusted advisor and chief strategist. You'll develop innovative campaign strategies that amplify the CenterWell Pharmacy brand presence, drive growth, and align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Lead Marketing Strategies: Design campaigns that drive growth, align with business goals, and amplify the CenterWell Pharmacy brand presence.
- Mentor and Develop Teams: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, setting clear goals and performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth.
- Analyze Customer Data and Insights: Leverage customer data and insights to support and enhance campaign strategies, ensuring campaigns are responsive to market trends and deliver measurable ROI.
- Partner with Analytics Teams: Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they're effective and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or communications, with some within the healthcare or pharmacy marketing sector.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience developing and leading marketing strategies at scale.
- Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience.
- Superior communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
