Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Head of Strategic Partnerships in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Sales Performance:
    • Achieve sales targets in Latin America through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Business Development:
    • source outbound leads from North America, targeting companies interested in building teams in Colombia and Argentina.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of managing full sales cycles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
