Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead creative concepts and strategies for client campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage and mentor junior creatives to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is always cutting-edge
  • Present and pitch creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
