About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Director to spearhead our branding, web design, graphic design, and video production efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cohesive brand strategies, designing responsive websites, creating visual content, and producing high-quality videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance our company's image and reputation.
    • Design and create brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography, that align with our brand guidelines.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, including marketing materials, websites, and social media.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to create cohesive brand messages and campaigns.
    • Create brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Web Design:
    • Design and develop responsive websites that meet our company's needs and exceed our customers' expectations.
    • Ensure website functionality and optimization for search engines.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test website designs.
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
    • Maintain and update websites regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
    • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration with our website.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Create visual content for various platforms, including social media, print, and web.
    • Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, that effectively communicate our brand message.
    • Develop infographics and visual reports to present data and information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and style guides.
    • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.
  • Video Production:
    • Plan and execute video production projects that meet our company's needs and exceed our customers' expectations.
    • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance our brand's visual identity.
    • Manage video assets and ensure proper archiving and storage.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with our brand goals.
    • Ensure high-quality video production standards that meet our company's expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Mid to senior-level experience in branding, web design, graphic design, and video production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the required areas.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  • Experience with SEO best practices.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
