- Collaborate with people advisors to understand learning outcomes and translate them into digital credentials.
- Contribute to project implementation plans and take ownership of delivering agreed outputs.
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of digital credentials in learner engagement and progression.
Key Objectives and KPIs:
- Maintain consistent and high-quality design work across all channels.
- Promote an evolving and innovative approach to engaging content.
- E nsure content design adheres to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate JD Group's mission, vision, and values in the design of relevant materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in designing engaging content for learning.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of digital capabilities and online spaces.
