Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
- Process payments for cash account customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
- Provide back-up support to our sales counter with walk-in and telephone inquiries.
Requirements:
- A High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
- An Associate's Degree (U.S.) or College Diploma (Canada) is preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
- Solid interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Able to work well under pressure, multitasking multiple requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
