About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director / Senior Business Development Consultant. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for driving business development and account ownership for our services within several clients in Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our services offerings within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams, to drive coordination and alignment across business lines and value propositions.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to executing commercial contracts, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycle.
  • Partner with the Mastercard Account team to develop a plan to support their strategic imperatives for target accounts.
  • Work closely with Client Services teams to ensure best-in-class value delivery and effective joint go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales across data products, software platforms, and/or other analytic services, with a strong commercial drive and ability to build and monetize senior client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated experience in selling solutions to c-level clients.
  • Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales from initial prospecting through signed contract.
  • Collaborative attitude with an understanding of how to win as a team.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to learn technical terms and develop an understanding of complex technical products.
  • Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground, and influence to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum, MBA preferred.
