Xometry is a leading provider of custom manufacturing solutions, seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier tech talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and the LATAM region.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced full-cycle tech recruiter who can manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, leveraging various channels to identify highly qualified candidates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process for technology positions, from sourcing to offer presentations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify highly qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
