AWS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our enterprise customers, helping them to gain the best value from AWS services.
About the RoleAs a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges, and help them to develop strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions using standard methodologies, and ensure that our customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy.
- Provide technical support to resolve inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS service or Cloud.
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
