Sovos is a global leader in tax compliance, transforming the industry from a business requirement to a force for growth. As a Implementation Consultant I, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing client project plans from project kickoff to transition.

The Work You'll Do:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, complete configuration tasks efficiently and accurately, and develop comprehensive Client Procedures documents detailing all configuration specifics and other essential information.

What We Need From You

  • 1-2 years of experience in a service-related role
  • Basic knowledge of Sovos product offerings in the relevant market
  • Basic understanding of tax rules and processes in the relevant market
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members, colleagues, and customers
  • Capable of comprehending and communicating complex concepts
  • Ability to concentrate, analyze, and resolve complex problems
  • Proficiency with technology, including phone systems and computer hardware/software applications
