**About the Role:**
Baker & Mckenzie Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft Mbh is seeking a highly motivated Office Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to attorneys, timekeepers, and secretaries, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional administrative support to attorneys, timekeepers, and secretaries
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings to ensure efficient use of time
- Process disbursements, wire transfers, and time entries using Intapp Time
- Prepare mail, labels, and documents as needed
- Assist with meeting planning, registration, and visitor coordination
- Maintain accurate records and contact information
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
