**About the Role:**

Baker & Mckenzie Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft Mbh is seeking a highly motivated Office Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to attorneys, timekeepers, and secretaries, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to attorneys, timekeepers, and secretaries
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings to ensure efficient use of time
  • Process disbursements, wire transfers, and time entries using Intapp Time
  • Prepare mail, labels, and documents as needed
  • Assist with meeting planning, registration, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and contact information
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
