We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at SariSuki Stores Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and ensure tax compliance of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Process accounts payable in a timely manner, applying the correct taxes as required.
- Post accounts payable entries into the company's accounting system, maintaining accurate records.
- E nsure that all accounts payable are paid on time or according to the scheduled payment plan.
- Maintain an effective filing system for financial documents, both physical and digital.
- Be responsible for tax filing and payment, ensuring all necessary forms are submitted correctly and on time.
- Implement and maintain Accounts Payable and Finance Department procedures and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Escalate any challenges or issues to the direct leader and/or head of the department for prompt resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.
- Willingness to report daily to the San Juan, Manila office.
- Experience in basic tax filing is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AP systems is beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
