Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at SariSuki Stores Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure tax compliance of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process accounts payable in a timely manner, applying the correct taxes as required.
  • Post accounts payable entries into the company's accounting system, maintaining accurate records.
  • E nsure that all accounts payable are paid on time or according to the scheduled payment plan.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for financial documents, both physical and digital.
  • Be responsible for tax filing and payment, ensuring all necessary forms are submitted correctly and on time.
  • Implement and maintain Accounts Payable and Finance Department procedures and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate any challenges or issues to the direct leader and/or head of the department for prompt resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related courses.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Willingness to report daily to the San Juan, Manila office.
  • Experience in basic tax filing is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AP systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
