About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer (Marketing-Focused) to join our team and contribute to crafting engaging user experiences across our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces from concept to completion.

You'll focus on creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. We're looking for a creative professional with strong skills in developing impactful marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.

This position requires a senior-level designer with expertise in visual design, market research, information architecture, usability testing, accessibility, and user interface design.

Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design:

    • Create high-quality visual content, including marketing materials, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals.

    • Evaluate designs for consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels.

    • Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies and goals.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.

    • Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials.

  • Information Architecture:

    • Develop intuitive and effective user experiences through information architecture and user flows.

    • Organize and structure content for optimal user engagement and navigation.

  • Usability Testing:

    • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement.

    • Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback.

  • Accessibility and Inclusivity:

    • Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs.

    • Stay updated on accessibility standards and integrate them into the design process.

  • User Interface Design:

    • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

    • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

    • Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions.

  • Organization & Documentation:

    • Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team's implementation of designs.

    • Handoff Delivery: Prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams, including detailed specifications and design systems.

    • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective products.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

    • Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations.

    • Receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

  • Ownership:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

    • Strategic thinking to align design efforts with overall business goals.

    • Decision-making skills to resolve design conflicts and make informed choices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is highly valued.

  • Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for producing high-quality graphics.

  • UI Skills: Excel in creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite.

  • Web Mastery: Showcase advanced proficiency in web design, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites.

  • Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team-wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.

  • Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success.

  • Effective communication skills, particularly in presenting research and design concepts.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in both print and digital.

  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with Photoshop being a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
