We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Sarisuki Stores Inc. This role will play a key part in leading the Accounts Receivable team and collaborating with other leaders in the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation and adherence to established Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement within the Accounts Receivable or Billing and Collection process and procedure.
- Work closely with the Credit and Collection team to manage company accounts receivable, address aged receivables, and propose actions for long outstanding balances.
- Develop strategies for collecting long outstanding receivables, utilizing expertise and knowledge to drive results.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve billing errors or discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-through.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting, providing estimates for scheduled collections.
- Apply root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, knowing when to escalate challenges and errors to senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable or Billing and Collection Manager.
- Ideal candidates have progressed from staff to manager roles within the Accounts Receivable or Billing and Collections department.
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing and Collection platforms or systems, either commercial or proprietary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus.
- Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and ability to connect dots on a larger scale.
- Will to report daily in San Juan, Manila office.
