We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team at Staff4Half. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing high-level support to our CEO, who manages three businesses.

In this hybrid role, you will split your time between working remotely and collaborating in person during occasional visits. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing and prioritizing the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Preparing and presenting financial and operational reports to the CEO.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and managing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Managing cash flow and payments.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Driving strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Identifying and addressing operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners.
