About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Team Lead from Latin America to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead a team of BIM professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project implementation, team management, and client communication.
  • Ensure consistent project delivery timelines and quality.
  • Manage project-related communication with clients from the US, UK, and Ireland.
  • Full administration of internal project processes (from initiation to close-out).
  • Project workload planning and management.
  • Leading BIM / VDC production team.
  • Quality control of project deliverables (QA & QC).
  • Ensuring compliance with external technical project requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
  • English at B2-C1 level.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction documents.
  • Ability to analyze complex information requests.
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Understanding of BIM / VDC technologies.
  • Confident use of Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
Soft Skills:
  • Leadership, initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
