About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Team Lead from Latin America to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead a team of BIM professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, team management, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual with strong leadership skills and BIM expertise to make a significant impact on our U.S.-based projects.

Responsibilities:
Full administration of internal project processes (from initiation to close-out)
Project workload planning and management
Leading BIM / VDC production team
Ensuring consistent project delivery timelines and quality
Internal project documentation control
Quality control of project deliverables (QA & QC)
Ensuring compliance with external technical project requirements
Managing project related communication with clients from the US, UK, and Ireland

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a team leader
English at B2-C1 level
Effective communication skills
Deep understanding of construction documents
Ability to analyze complex information requests
Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
Understanding of BIM / VDC technologies
Confident use of Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam
Attention to detail
Ability to lead and coordinate a team
Soft Skills: leadership, initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
