We're seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and drive innovation, growth, and impact. As a key member of our product development team, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing product value by owning and prioritizing the backlog.
About the Role:The Product Owner will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align with the product vision and strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product backlog based on business needs.
- Defining, communicating, and prioritizing backlog items with stakeholders and the Scrum team.
- Developing and maintaining effective release plans, setting goals in coordination with Product Managers and delivery teams.
- Continuously refining backlog items with the Scrum team and experts to ensure clarity and readiness for sprint planning.
- Setting clear priorities, crafting sprint goals with the Scrum team, and supporting them in delivering committed value while addressing any impediments.
As a Product Owner at Kimberly-Clark, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Requirements:To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a business discipline, with 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong domain knowledge and a successful track record in launching digital experiences in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Experience leading virtual teams and managing end-to-end delivery of innovative digital experiences, specifically in the B2B space.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proven capabilities in negotiation, training, and presenting.
- Experience with digital privacy and compliance tools, online marketing channel integrations, and workflow and asset management.
