Vendor Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deadlines and project requirements for assigned vendor accounts.
- Implement vendor marketing activities and manage MDF claims to ensure accuracy.
- Support the vendor marketing relationship and work as a liaison with internal stakeholders to support business needs and desired outcomes.
- Present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage projects through workflow management systems.
- Market Development Fund Management and claims.
- Marketing Communications.
- ROI reporting.
- Project Planning and Execution.
- Process Improvement Projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
