Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage deadlines and project requirements for assigned vendor accounts.
  • Implement vendor marketing activities and manage MDF claims to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the vendor marketing relationship and work as a liaison with internal stakeholders to support business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage projects through workflow management systems.
  • Market Development Fund Management and claims.
  • Marketing Communications.
  • ROI reporting.
  • Project Planning and Execution.
  • Process Improvement Projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Intermediate level computer system applications.
