Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join the in-house HR Enablement team at EY as an HR Supervising Associate.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR functions from hiring to retirement, maintaining up-to-date HR processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with standard operating procedures and current local employment law and legislation.

As a key partner to your stakeholders, you will offer advice on best practice defining a Retained Ops strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Strategies to improve HR impact and align with business needs.
  2. Maintain Up-to-Date Processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment law and legislation.
  3. Supervise Team Activities, including employment life-cycle support, process improvements, internal audit compliance, labor certificate management, and AFIP and medical coverage transactions.
  4. Monitor Operational Activities, including Onboarding & Offboarding activities, labour compliance and other operational activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR would be preferred.
  • 6 + years of HR Generalist/Specialist experience.
  • Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio - working knowledge of MS office.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of HR management systems is desirable (E.g. SuccessFactors).
