Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously (excellent organizational and time management skills).

Deep understanding of IT profiles (Front / Back / Programming languages).

Experience with human resources management software.
