SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Coordinator to join our Content & SEO team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring SEO initiatives, helping to maintain our leadership in search engine rankings, and powering increases in organic traffic.

• Provide essential support in SEO research and analysis, helping to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Execute key SEO tasks and projects, conduct research, and support content optimization efforts.
• Learn from our Senior SEO Manager to increase our overall online visibility by helping to drive targeted web traffic and user engagement.

• High work ethic and personal quality standards with an appetite to learn and develop a career in SEO.
• Orientation to default-to-data with a curiosity to find insight from performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-growth environment, either in-house or agency-side is critical.
• Multiple years experience or a compelling track record in B2B SEO, with HR tech or SaaS experience a huge bonus.
• Some exposure to the SEO considerations of a multi-product business.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO foundations with ability to support our content team with SEO optimization of blog and web content.
• As the role progresses, the right candidate will be able to assist in keyword research and SEO strategy development.
• Commercial mindset with an ability to translate your skills and SEO knowledge into value for stakeholders outside your team.
• Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure accurate implementation, alongside strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience working asynchronously within a global team is a big advantage.
