This role involves overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. The successful candidate will have experience in Fintech Operations and an understanding of the Credit Customer Lifecycle Process.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring delinquency and minimizing credit losses.
- Negotiating with customers in cases of non-payment.
- Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.
- Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Collections Supervisor.
- A Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
