As a Registered Nurse at TRC Total Renal Care Inc, you will play a vital role in providing life-sustaining care in a hospital environment. Your contributions will significantly impact the lives of patients and their families facing end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care, ensuring that each patient receives the treatment they deserve.
• Participate in a collaborative team environment, working alongside a dedicated group of healthcare professionals.
• Manage a diverse patient population with complex medical needs, utilizing a wide range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Supervise patient care activities performed by Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), including vital sign monitoring and equipment setup.
• Engage in various renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
• Work in a dynamic hospital setting, delivering dialysis services and integrating with both the hospital and TRC teams.

Work Schedule:

As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care during scheduled and on-call shifts, with flexibility to adapt to patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma may also be considered.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is beneficial but not mandatory.
