Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Director - Human Resources to lead our HR team in driving business success through strategic talent management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent from global markets, including the US, UK, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, and Europe.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, both state and federal.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of equity and belonging.
  • HR Technology: Stay current with HR technology trends and evaluate and implement HR software and tools as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business plan.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Global Recruitment Experience: Mandatory
  • 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources: Mandatory
  • Proven experience as an HR leader as a Country head/HOD: Required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: Essential

Job Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: $1,000,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per month
  • Experience: Senior leadership: 10 years (required), Human resources management: 10 years (required), Global Hiring: 5 years (required)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (preferred)

Work Environment: In person
