Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of intake agents to ensure efficient and effective data collection.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with immigrant clients to gather information about their psychosocial history, including their childhood, migration process, interpersonal relationships, work and financial adversity, and other relevant factors.
- Identify the impact of various situations on clients' lifestyles, demeanor, and well-being, and articulate results in written reports.
- Provide recommendations for professional resources that can benefit clients and improve their immediate environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics when handling sensitive client information.
- Communicate clearly and practice active listening when interacting with clients.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate written assessments with attention to detail.
- Participate in meetings with supervisors or superiors as required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior role or supervisor position.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English language proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Cultural diversity awareness.
- Ability to empathize with clients and assist them in articulating the emotional impact of their experiences.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant populations in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
