Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Services Product Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our Services Solution Group (SSG), you'll play a critical role in guiding the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo's Sustainability Services across geographies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies and execution plans to grow and enhance Lenovo's sustainability services portfolio and related offerings.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to effectively leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decisions and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure product requirements, business objectives, and P&L targets are met.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT technology, services, or product development, with a background in professional services and supply chain processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to work with global teams and conduct business internationally.
