Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Services Product Manager to join our team at Lenovo. This role will be responsible for guiding the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo's sustainability services across geographies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies and execution plans to drive growth and expansion of Lenovo's sustainability services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new sustainability services offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-value business opportunities and develop targeted growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to service delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of sustainability services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science.
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of IT technology, services, or product development.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally.
  • Fluent English language skills.
