Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Technical Development Manager to manage the staff, resources, and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the architecture and design of new and existing products.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of new products and services.
  • Hire and manage internal and external development teams.
  • Exercises technical leadership for the cross-functional team by planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating the work of others.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and development to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals.
  • Support client demonstrations and initial product installations.
  • Project Management, manage lifecycle of new and existing products through completion and launch.
  • Manage Application Testing, Implementation, and support for Operational Readiness.
  • Support a DevOps production cloud environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in product development and management.
  • End-to-End software product development and management skills.
  • Strong technical background with a knowledge of DevOps and Cloud Native.
  • Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology.
  • History of collaborating with development teams and achieving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities.
  • Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.
  • Proficient at social, SEO, and website maintenance, knowledgeable about Outlook administration, preferably.
