We are looking for a skilled Head of Operations with a strong background in Project Management, preferably from digital agencies or digital products companies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading teams, mentoring, and optimizing processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management
  1. Develop and guide the Project Management team, focusing on their growth and performance.
  2. Regularly review project progress with direct reports, providing guidance on project management and professional development.
  3. Enhance team engagement through organized activities and promote a collaborative work environment.
  4. Coordinate the recruitment and promotion process for new PMs, working closely with the COO.
  5. Determine team strategy and structure in conjunction with the COO.
  • Operational Excellence in Projects
  1. Evaluate and ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and profitability targets.
  2. Oversee project planning and execution, intervening when necessary for critical projects.
  3. Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth client and project onboarding during pre-KO and KO meetings.
  4. Streamline resource allocation and workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategy
  1. Initiate projects to enhance project management and operational efficiency.
  2. Analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor and maintain compliance with quality certifications (ISO).
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations
  1. Meet regularly with key account clients to ensure alignment and project success.
  2. Maintain open communication between the PM team and clients.
  3. Supervise client satisfaction and align expectations with project execution.
  4. Guarantee transparent and effective communication with senior management, directors, and key stakeholders.
