Overview

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Director to lead our utility services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure the success of our projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our internal teams, including delivery, engineering, business development, and management, to ensure that project objectives are aligned and met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Track, manage, and resolve project issues throughout the project life cycle
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients
  • Formulate reports by extracting required data from various sources
  • Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology
  • Represent Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. in customer-facing project meetings
  • Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or other mathematical field)
  • Minimum seven years related experience
  • Utility or utility services industry management preferred
  • Demonstrated reengineering and business process experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (MS Access and MS Visio helpful)
  • PMP Certification through PMI preferred
