As a key member of our Market Access team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reimbursement strategies to increase patient access to Pfizer's medicines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive market access plans
  • Evaluate market-level access and price strategy proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage project environments to achieve targets for the division
  • Develop and manage plans to achieve objectives and lead/co-lead complex projects across business units

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (7+ years' experience)
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across large organizations with technical and commercial needs
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical business, including strategy development
  • Familiarity with strategic, financial, and operating planning processes
  • Strong customer orientation, analytical skills, and collaboration abilities
