**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Consultant to join our team at St. Matthew's College. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing and risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating financial risks. You will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, developing and implementing effective control procedures, and providing recommendations for improvement.
You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective audit plans. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas of concern and provide actionable advice.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting your findings to senior management. Your excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this regard.
