We are seeking a skilled P&C Broker- Material Damages to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing placement services to our clients and prospects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
- Provide expert advice on All-Risk-BI products and other insurance solutions to clients, focusing on improving coverages and identifying risk exposures.
- Collaborate with WTW colleagues worldwide to deliver client expansion and sustained growth, while improving client retention.
- Drive effective sales and client management, ensuring the delivery of our risk and analytics capabilities into the way we do business.
- Manage the P&L accountability of the P&C Property LOB budget, ensuring revenues are billed and collected from clients in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry sectors and All-Risk-BI products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term business relationships with clients and WTW colleagues.
- Good English language skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues worldwide.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
