Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our technical projects and ensure seamless operational flow. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating with various departments to support and resolve technology-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support by identifying, investigating, and resolving complex issues with computer software and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, systems, and network administrators to identify solutions and recommend system modifications as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for repairs or replacement of defective products.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Facilitate installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software, ensuring effective support for end-users.
  • Project Management: Manage IT projects from inception to completion, adhering to budgets, schedules, and scope.
  • Communication: Stay informed about trends in IT, including hardware and software updates, and communicate the impact of these changes to senior staff.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track issues, and provide project status updates and reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing technical support and systems maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other project management software.
  • Additional Requirements: Familiarity with hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
