Media.Monks is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Concept and execute layout design for various channels, including product interfaces, editorial, presentation design, social media, and display advertising.
- Specialize in creating digital assets at scale, requiring impeccable production skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Work alongside designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of designers, animators, and art directors to produce world-class work across time zones.
- Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats and dimensions.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong Figma skills and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to keep files, layers, and folders tidy.
- Ability to work independently on small tasks and take on bigger jobs with minimal supervision.
- Contribution to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and stay focused.
- Proficiency in English and production tricks.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Figma plugins.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with designers from diverse backgrounds.
